Introducing Mind Reasoner

Letter from Wayne Chang, Chief Reasoner

The AI industry has a fundamental trust problem. In the race for scale, it has left accuracy and verifiability behind.

I know this because I was forced to solve it. Our last venture operated in the brutal, high-stakes world of patent litigation. We tried everything to power our platform – RAG, vector databases, custom models. They all failed to achieve the accuracy and precision needed. The outputs from these "black box" systems simply couldn't withstand the scrutiny of a courtroom. In patent disputes, where the other side spends hundreds of millions in legal fees, the outcomes are in the billions, and it can all come down to the definition of a single word. You don't win with "probably"; you win with proof. So we built our own proprietary Precision Intelligence Engine based on facts. The moment we deployed it, we signed millions in revenue with the harshest critics on earth: the patent litigators that depend on accuracy.

We quickly realized our precision engine was destined for more. I was so convinced of its potential that I offered to personally buy out all my investors at a premium to pursue a much larger mission. Nobody took the offer. Instead, they doubled down. They saw what we saw: the world doesn't need another AI that guesses. It needs intelligence it can prove.

Today, that same power is yours.

We’re officially launching our first app, Mind Reasoner. It does something no other tool can: it decodes the hidden reality of your conversations. It moves beyond simple summaries to reveal the complex emotional landscape, analyzing over 100 dimensions of communication simultaneously using deep, hard-to-replicate AI.

This isn't just about being a better communicator. This is about understanding what's really happening, starting with yourself.

Imagine replaying a conversation and seeing evidence of your own imposter syndrome in your language, giving you the power to finally address it. Picture discovering that your frustration in meetings isn't triggered by your colleagues, but by imprecision in the discussion itself. Think about seeing the gap between your internal feelings—the stress and anxiety—and the calm you project, finally understanding the source of your exhaustion. Then, imagine turning that lens outward: knowing your partner says "I'm fine," or a co-worker says "That's interesting", but their language reveals underlying stress or hidden doubts, allowing you to connect in a way you otherwise would have missed.

Mind Reasoner gives you this superpower. It reveals the gap between what people say and what they truly mean by detecting decision confidence, hedging language, unspoken concerns, and even the subtle power dynamics in a room. And because it’s built on the same engine that can win billion-dollar legal battles, it doesn’t just tell you what it thinks – it shows you the exact words and phrases that led to its conclusions, giving you verifiable intelligence you can act on with absolute confidence.

The AI industry has a trust problem because it has a precision problem. By making intelligence provable, we're making it trustworthy.

This is just the beginning.
